What is your daily schedule?
We pick you up on your schedule 24/7. Our professional drivers are normally 5-10 minutes early at your home, or right on time at PHX. You get to pick the time we pick you up.
What is my pickup time at the airport?
We normally pick you up 30 minutes after your plane lands for domestic flights, or 45 mins after for international flights.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Pickup times automatically adjust to 30 minutes after you land if your flight is delayed for domestic flights, or 45 mins after you land for international flights.
What happens if my flight arrives early?
Call or send us a text if you want us to pick you up early, and we will let your shuttle driver know that you are ready to be picked up. Otherwise, we will pick you up at the scheduled time on your reservation.
How soon should I make a reservation?
Although there is no set rule that prevents you from booking a Lake Havasu to Phoenix Shuttle last minute, it's a good idea to make your reservation as soon as possible to make sure a driver is available and prevent any delays.
How long does it take from Phoenix or Lake Havasu?
Trips to and from Lake Havasu City in normal traffic are about 3 hours and 25 minutes versus about 7 hours on the bus or a shuttle with a bunch of people. Rush hour will normally add 15-45 mins (30 mins on the average).
What time should I be picked up?
Trips from Lake Havasu and Phoenix are normally 3 hours and 25 minutes. 5-5.5 hours before your flight is normally enough time. PHX recommends you to be there 2 hours early to get through security and to your plane. Boarding usually starts 30 minutes before your plane takes off. However, one hour and thirty mins is normally enough time. So if the drive from Lake Havasu to Phoenix takes about 3 hours and 25 mins, then 5 hours before your flight takes off is normally good.

Things You Should Know
Does an Uber or Lyft make sense?
Uber and Lyft drivers often cancel once they arrive, because the app doesn't tell them where they are going until they arrive at your home or Sky Harbor. Usually they don't want to drive that far and not get paid for two hours to drive back, or they are unavailable to work for that long. This may result in you missing your flight after 2-3 of them cancel in a row, and they charge you $5 each time for the cancellation. You then try to contact Uber or Lyft over the next week to get a refund, and they don't even have a phone number.
Another thing to consider is that Uber and Lyft drivers are never interviewed, so you may get a depressed guy complaining about his life, a tiny car with no leg room or a creeper. Uber and Lyft also do not train their drivers and PHX is moderately confusing to most people, so they usually have no idea where to go.
How reliable is the Greyhound bus with a lot of people?
Arizona Shuttle does not go to Lake Havasu. Other Phoenix shuttle companies that do shared rides will try to pick you up an hour or two earlier, but they make no promises about when you will actually get to PHX. If you're on a tight schedule, the shared ride option with Arizona shuttle or the Greyhound is probably not a good idea. Extra stops and scheduling with other passengers can either make you too early or potentially late. Even with great drivers, passengers can be unpredictable and end up making everyone miss their flight.
Our Lake Havasu - Phoenix shuttle is the best. Plus to our knowledge we are the only shuttle from Lake Havasu - Phoenix AZ. Phoenix - Lake Havasu drive time is about 3 hours and 14 minutes in normally traffic conditions. Rush hour in Phoenix can sometimes add 15 minutes - 30 minutes to your trip.
This may seem like a lot, but Phoenix - Lake Havasu flights are actually not to Lake Havasu. There is no Lake Havasu airport. Instead they make you think you're flying to Lake Havasu, but you're actually landing 2 and a half hours away in Las Vegas. Flying into Vegas is a lot more expensive than flying into Phoenix (PHX). The Lake Havasu - Vegas shuttles are about the same prices as going from Phoenix, so the overall cost is a lot less to take a shuttle from PHX. We also operate 24/7 and our company is a lot bigger, so you won't have a problem with other companies cancelling on you. Plus riding with us is not like riding the bus. It's a lot nicer and about the same price. Normally it's just you in the vehicle non-stop.
It doesn't make sense to fly from Lake Havasu to Tucson since there's no airport in Lake Havasu City and Tucson is more expensive than PHX. Lake Havasu to San Diego is the same situation. Try us out, you'll be happy that you did. You can call us or book online.
