Our Daily Schedule
What is your daily schedule?
We pick you up on your schedule 24/7. Our professional drivers are normally 5-10 minutes early at your home in Cornville and Phoenix, or right on time at the Sky Harbor. You get to pick the time we pick you up.
What is my pickup time at the airport?
We normally pick you up 30 minutes after your plane lands for domestic flights, or 45 minutes after for international flights.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Pickup times automatically adjust to 30 minutes after you land if your flight is delayed for domestic flights, or 45 minutes after you land for international flights.
What happens if my flight arrives early?
Call or send us a text if you want us to pick you up early, and we will let your driver know that you are ready to be picked up. Otherwise, we will pick you up at the scheduled time on your reservation.
How soon should I make a reservation?
Although there is no set rule that prevents you from booking last minute, it's a good idea to make your reservation as soon as possible to make sure a driver is available and prevent any delays.
How long does it take to go from Phoenix or Cornville?
Trips to and from Cornville in normal traffic are about 2 hours versus 4 hours on the bus or a shuttle with a bunch of people. Rush hour will normally add 15-45 minutes (30 minutes on the average).
What time should I be picked up?
3 hours and 30 minutes before is normally enough time. PHX recommends you to be there 2 hours early to get through security and to your plane. Boarding usually starts 30 minutes before your plane takes off. However, one hour and thirty minutes is normally enough time. So if the drive from Cornville to Phoenix takes about 2 hours, then 3 and a half hours before your flight takes off is normally good.
Our Better Drivers
Who are your drivers?
Most of our shuttle drivers are experienced, licensed professionals. They have excellent people skills and are usually very knowledgeable about the area (what to do, best restaurants, history and attractions). Some of our drivers are also professional tour guides that go to the Grand Canyon, Cornville, Phoenix, and many other destinations.
We have high standards for our shuttle drivers including safety, reliability and customer service. They are very helpful with bags. They get the door for you. Everyone goes through extensive background checks with Sky Harbor in order to pick up passengers.
We also train them by driving them through PHX, explaining all the rules, and showing them where to pick people up and drop people off.

Cornville Shuttle services rides to and from anywhere in Arizona. Want to go see the Grand Canyon? Cornville Shuttle has rides from Cornville AZ to Grand Canyon (99.1 miles). Planning a trip to Flagstaff? Our shuttles can drive you from Cornville AZ to Flagstaff AZ (58.4 miles).
Companies that do shared rides will try to pick you up an hour or two earlier, but they make no promises about when you will actually get to PHX. If you're on a tight schedule, the shared ride option with Arizona shuttle or the Greyhound is probably not a good idea. Extra stops and scheduling with other passengers can either make you too early or potentially late. Even with great drivers, passengers can be unpredictable and end up making everyone miss their flight.
Heading out of the valley? We also run the Cornville to Phoenix shuttle for the full ride to the Valley, and the Camp Verde shuttle service for trips around the neighboring community, both available 24/7.
Cornville Shuttle Routes: Every Pickup and Drop-Off We Cover
Cornville isn't on the interstate, and it isn't on the way to anywhere — that's exactly why people love it. It's an unincorporated community in Yavapai County strung along Oak Creek and Cornville Road, tucked between Page Springs to the west and the Verde Valley's bigger towns to the south. Getting here without a car means someone has to drive you, and a pre-booked Cornville shuttle is the most reliable way to make that happen.
Our Cornville shuttle service runs door-to-door from addresses across the community — Cornville Road, Page Springs Road, the Oak Creek frontage, and the rural lanes off both — to the airports and towns travelers actually need to reach. Routes are scheduled around your flight, not the other way around.
Updated for the 2026 travel season.
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX)
Sky Harbor is the big one: the busiest airport in Arizona and the default arrival point for most visitors flying into the Verde Valley. The drive north runs on Interstate 17 through Black Canyon City, New River and Camp Verde before dropping west on Cornville Road. Because PHX handles the overwhelming share of commercial flights into the region, it's also where flight delays and late-night arrivals are most likely to affect a pickup — which is why we track arrivals rather than clock-watching.
A Cornville–Phoenix run is a long highway transfer, not a quick town car hop. Plan for it accordingly: it's the kind of trip where a shared shuttle or a private vehicle both make more sense than trying to coordinate a rideshare from a terminal curb. See our Phoenix Airport shuttle page for terminal-by-terminal pickup details.
Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG)
Flagstaff Pulliam is the small airport on the north side of Flagstaff, serving limited commercial and general aviation traffic. For Cornville residents and visitors, it can be a genuinely convenient alternative when schedules line up — no Phoenix traffic, no I-17 descent into the Valley. Service to and from Cornville and Flagstaff Pulliam Airport is available as a booked transfer; because FLG's flight board is small, book against your specific flight number and we'll work around the schedule.
Note that Sedona Airport (SEZ) on the mesa west of Sedona handles general aviation only — no scheduled commercial airlines — so if you're flying commercial, PHX or FLG are your realistic options. More on the northern route is on our Flagstaff shuttle page.
Around the Verde Valley and Beyond
Plenty of Cornville shuttle trips never touch an airport at all. Cornville is the quiet neighbor to Cottonwood, Sedona, Clarkdale, Jerome, Camp Verde and the Village of Oak Creek, and we run between all of them. Common non-airport runs include:
- Cornville to Sedona — for dinner, trailheads, or the in-town circulator, which runs from 6 AM to 10 PM (per the City of Sedona's transit information) and makes getting around uptown without parking genuinely easy.
- Cornville to Cottonwood — shopping, medical appointments and the Verde Valley's main grocery and services hub.
- Cornville to Clarkdale and Jerome — including the Verde Canyon Railroad depot and Jerome's hillside historic district.
- Cornville to Camp Verde — Montezuma Castle National Monument, the Verde Valley archaeology sites and the I-17 corridor.
- Cornville to the Village of Oak Creek — Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte and the golf courses south of Sedona.
For town-level details, see our Sedona shuttle, Cottonwood shuttle, Jerome shuttle, Clarkdale shuttle, Camp Verde shuttle and Village of Oak Creek shuttle pages.
How a Cornville Shuttle Booking Actually Works
Book ahead — Cornville is not a hail-a-ride town
This is the single most useful piece of advice on this page. Cornville has no taxi stand, no transit center and no meaningful volume of ride-hail drivers sitting idle on Cornville Road. A vehicle has to be dispatched to you. Book your transfer in advance with a pickup address, a drop-off address, your flight number and a mobile number that works on the day. If your plans change, cancel more than 48 hours before the booking and you get a 100% refund under our easy-refunds policy.
Flight tracking and meet-and-greet
For airport pickups, the driver monitors the incoming flight. If you land early or late, the pickup moves with you — you don't need to call from the jet bridge. At Sky Harbor, follow your confirmation instructions for the meeting point; at Pulliam, the terminal is small enough that your driver will find you.
The return trip matters just as much
Most people book the airport-to-Cornville leg and then forget the way home. Book both directions at the same time. Cornville's rural roads mean a last-minute vehicle on a Sunday morning or a holiday weekend is not something to gamble on — reviewers consistently flag punctuality and driver courtesy as the things that make or break a transfer, and prompt pickup on the return leg is where that reputation is won.
Cornville Shuttle Options Compared
There's more than one way to get from Cornville to an airport or a neighboring town. Here's an honest comparison of the realistic choices, without any prices attached — rates vary by distance, vehicle type, party size and time of day, and you should always get a quote for your specific trip.
| Option | Best for | Door-to-door? | Works on a flight schedule? | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Shared shuttle | Solo travelers and couples who don't mind a couple of stops | Yes, at both ends | Yes — scheduled against flights | Fixed departure windows; not ideal for very tight connections |
| Private shuttle / black car | Families, groups, anyone with a lot of luggage or a tight itinerary | Yes, direct | Yes — tracks your specific flight | Book early in peak season; vehicle availability is finite |
| Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) | Short hops between Cottonwood and Cornville, if a car happens to be nearby | Yes | No | Supply in rural Yavapai County is thin; airport runs can be declined |
| Rental car | Multi-day trips where you want to explore the Verde Valley independently | No — you drive | N/A | Parking, one-way fees, and winter driving on I-17 or 89A |
| Driving yourself / a friend | Locals with flexible schedules | Yes | No | Long round trip for the person doing the driving, plus airport parking |
Estimates only: exact costs depend on your pickup address, destination, vehicle class and time. Request a quote for your dates rather than budgeting from a table.
Door-to-Door Across the Verde Valley
Cornville addresses are spread out, and that's fine — we pick up at the door. Page Springs Road properties, homes along Oak Creek, the Cornville Road corridor near Windmill Park, and rural parcels off the county lanes are all normal pickup points. If your address is on a dirt road or behind a gate, include that in the booking notes so the driver isn't hunting for a turnoff at 5 AM.
The same applies at the other end. Rather than dropping you at a generic stop, we take you to your hotel, your rental, your trailhead-adjacent lodge, or a winery tasting room in Page Springs. Popular Verde Valley destinations within our Cornville service area include Page Springs' tasting rooms along the creek, Old Town Cottonwood, Tuzigoot National Monument near Clarkdale, Dead Horse Ranch State Park, and the red-rock trailheads around Sedona. Explore our Page Springs shuttle and Verde Valley shuttle pages for route ideas.
Why Choose a Dedicated Shuttle Instead of a Rideshare?
Because in a rural county, availability is everything. A dedicated Cornville shuttle is booked, assigned and confirmed before you fly — there's a driver with your name and your flight number, not an app refreshing a map at 11 PM. That means:
- Predictability. You know the pickup time before you leave home.
- Flight awareness. Delays don't strand you; the pickup shifts with the aircraft.
- Luggage capacity. Bags, golf clubs, strollers and boxes are declared at booking, so the right vehicle shows up.
- Real customer service. Easy refunds — cancel more than 48 hours out and it's 100% refunded — and a phone number that reaches a person.
- Local drivers. Someone who knows Cornville Road in the dark and knows which Cottonwood intersection backs up on a Friday afternoon.
If you've read a review page on any shuttle company, you'll notice the recurring themes: on-time pickup, courteous drivers, and drivers who are well informed about the area. That's the whole job. We build our Cornville schedule around those three things.
Group Charters, Wine Trails and Special Occasions
Cornville is wine country. Page Springs Road alone is a corridor of tasting rooms, and the broader Verde Valley appellation draws visitors who'd rather not designate a driver. Group charters handle that cleanly: one vehicle, one driver, a planned loop through Page Springs, Old Town Cottonwood and the Clarkdale tasting rooms, with pickup and drop-off at your Cornville rental.
Charters also work well for wedding parties, family reunions, corporate retreats and golf groups. Tell us the headcount, the luggage or equipment load, and the itinerary; we'll match a vehicle. For larger parties, book well ahead — Verde Valley vehicle capacity in spring and fall fills quickly.
Luggage, Accessibility and Comfort
Declare everything at booking: checked bags, carry-ons, car seats, mobility devices, ski and golf bags. It changes the vehicle we assign. Travelers who need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle should flag it when booking so we can confirm availability rather than discovering the problem at the curb. Car seats for children are best supplied by the family, since fit and installation vary — tell us what you're bringing and we'll make room.
Summer in the Verde Valley is genuinely hot, and winter on I-17 between Phoenix and Camp Verde can bring snow and closures at higher elevations. Both are reasons to build slack into your schedule: aim to be at the airport with the buffer your airline recommends, and don't book the tightest possible connection between your Cornville pickup and your departure.
