Terms of Service Summary

All reservations are confirmed at the time of booking. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled pickup are fully refundable. Fares quoted are all-inclusive; tolls, gratuity, and airport fees are disclosed before payment. Passengers are responsible for accurate pickup addresses, flight information, and luggage counts. Service animals are always welcome.

Privacy Statement

We collect only the information needed to provide transportation: name, contact details, pickup and destination addresses, flight details, and payment information processed through secure third-party processors. We never sell customer data. Reservation records are retained as required for accounting and legal compliance.

Licensing and Insurance

Airport Shuttle of Phoenix is fully licensed and insured for commercial passenger transportation in the State of Arizona. Certificates of insurance for corporate, school, and government accounts are available on request.
