But rule says "Do NOT use the words ... as a bullet list — that boilerplate is banned." So we can use bullet list for other things. But safe to avoid bullet lists altogether. Use paragraphs.

Flagstaff to El Mirage Shuttle
Travelers leaving the high desert of Flagstaff for the west‑valley community of El Mirage experience a straight‑line stretch of roughly 116 miles that becomes a 150‑plus mile drive once the Interstate 17 corridor is followed south through the Coconino National Forest, past the historic town of Williams, and across the Mogollon Rim before descending into the Phoenix metropolitan area. The route stays on I‑17 for the majority of the trip, offering views of the San Francisco Peaks on the north end and the sprawling suburbs of Glendale and Peoria as the highway approaches the Loop 101 interchange near El Mirage.
Door‑to‑door service means the driver meets you at any address in Flagstaff — whether a downtown hotel on Route 66, a cabin near the Snowbowl, or the Flagstaff Pulliam Airport terminal — and drops you at the exact location you specify in El Mirage, from a residential cul‑de‑sac on North 115th Avenue to the commercial district around the El Mirage Town Center. Typical travel time ranges from about two and a half hours to just under four hours, depending on traffic through the Phoenix rush hour and weather conditions on the high‑elevation sections of I‑17.
Because the shuttle runs privately, there is no need to coordinate with a public bus schedule or wait for a shared‑ride van to fill. The vehicle is reserved for your party alone, so luggage, ski gear, or a pet carrier travel with you without extra handling. The driver monitors your flight if you are arriving at Phoenix Sky Harbor or Flagstaff Pulliam and will adjust the pickup time automatically when a delay is reported.
How long does the trip usually take?
Most trips fall between 158 and 217 minutes, with the fastest runs occurring mid‑day when I‑17 traffic is light and the slowest during peak commuter hours or winter storms on the Mogollon Rim.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track incoming flights in real time and move the pickup accordingly; there is no fixed free‑wait window, but the driver will be there when you actually land.
Can I bring oversized luggage or sports equipment?
Yes, the private van has ample cargo space for skis, bikes, or large suitcases; just let us know when you book so we can assign the right vehicle.

What are the benefits of using our service?
Door to door service is included on all our trips. Usually trips are non-stop in a nicer vehicle. We pick you up at your home anytime 24/7. We normally take you straight home, which is very different from other companies that leave you at a bus stop and stop and wait at intermediate points for hours. We also don't pack you in with 8-15 people you don't know and stop everywhere.
Does it cost anything to change my reservation?
You can always change the date and time of your reservation at no cost. If you don't know the exact address, you can enter the city for now to reserve it, and give us the full address later. If you don't know your flight number, you can estimate the time and update the flight number and time later via phone, email or text.
Our Better Vehicles
What type of vehicle will pick me up?
We send a airport shuttle (4+ passengers) or a nice car (1-3 passengers) anytime and take you to or from any address in Arizona, not just PHX. Our vehicles are clean and newer. Most vehicles are luxury and full size. We have Mercedes Sprinters, Lincoln Navigators, Chrysler 300's, Lexus ES300 Hybrids, Lincoln MKZ's, and a variety of other vehicles to meet your needs.
Our Pickup Locations
Your Casa Grande shuttle picks up where it says Prearranged. If you are in a wheelchair, do not allow your attendant to leave you anywhere except Prearranged. The signs are easy to see and they are always at the outer curb. Sometimes security will send people to the wrong place, so it's better to follow the directions below. PHX also won't allow drivers to walk more than 15 feet away from their vehicle or wait, so good communication is essential. Turn on your cell phone and take it off of airplane mode, so your driver can call or text you. If you don't recognize the number, it's probably your driver.
Terminal 3 Prearranged is across the crosswalk from Door 6 and to the right, south side of the building.
Terminal 4 Prearranged is across the crosswalk from Door 3, north side of the building, first floor. The sign says "Prearranged Vehicles 3 NORTH".
