We need to produce HTML body with only allowed tags: h2, h3, p, ul, li, strong, a. No html/body/head. Must open with h2 "Flagstaff to Sun City Shuttle". Write 350-500 words unique route-specific content. Include short route-specific FAQ (2-3 Q&As as h3 question + p answer). Must not use banned words in bullet list: "Any Address, Better, Flexible, Safer, Faster, Convenient, Affordable" as bullet list. Avoid those words in bullet list; but can use them in prose? Safer to avoid them entirely. Must not invent awards, review counts, price. No policies like wait-time guarantees, refund promises, free-cancellation windows, luggage limits. For flight delays say only that we monitor flights and adjust pickup — never promise specific free-wait duration. No placeholder tokens. End with booking CTA paragraph mentioning phone (602) 626-9388 and that they can book online; mention promo code ONLINE for 10% off round trips. We must ensure word count 350-500 words. Let's aim ~400 words. We need to include route-specific geography: Flagstaff neighborhoods (downtown, Southside, University Heights), Sun City neighborhoods (Sun City West, Sun City Grand, etc), highways: I-17, maybe I-40? But main connecting route I-17. Mention Phoenix Sky Harbor? Actually intercity shuttle between Flagstaff and Sun City, not airport. But maybe they serve Phoenix Sky Harbor? Not needed. But mention relevant airport terminals? The prompt says "relevant to THIS route — make it impossible to confuse with any other city's page." Could mention Phoenix Sky Harbor if they connect to airport? But it's private intercity shuttle between Flagstaff and Sun City. Could mention Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG) and Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) as possible pickup/drop points. But not required. Use real geography. We need to include FAQ: 2-3 Q&As. Use h3 for question, p for answer. We must not use bullet list with banned words. But we can use bullet list for FAQ? The FAQ is h3 + p, not bullet list. Could also include a bullet list for something else but avoid banned words. Safer to avoid bullet list entirely. Only allowed tags: h2, h3, p, ul, li, strong, a. So we can use ul/li for FAQ? But they said "short route-specific FAQ (2-3 Q&As as

question +

answer)". So use h3 and p. We need a booking CTA paragraph at end, mention phone and online booking, promo code ONLINE for 10% off round trips. We must not use any other tags like div, span, etc. Let's craft. Word count: Let's count roughly. We'll write ~420 words. Structure:

... paragraph 2 ...

... paragraph 3 ...

How long does the trip take?

Make sure to include strong for emphasis maybe. Check banned words: "Any Address, Better, Flexible, Safer, Faster, Convenient, Affordable". Avoid these words entirely. Also avoid them in bullet list (we have none). Avoid "Any Address" phrase. Avoid "Better", "Flexible", "Safer", "Faster", "Convenient", "Affordable". So don't use those words. Also avoid "free-cancellation", "wait-time guarantees", "refund promises", "luggage limits". Not mention. We must not invent price. So no price. We must mention phone (602) 626-9388 and online booking, promo code ONLINE for 10% off round trips. We must not use placeholder tokens. We must only use allowed tags. No
. Use p for line breaks. Let's draft content. Word count estimate: Let's write ~430 words. Count words manually later. Write content: Paragraph 1: intro about route, distance, drive time, I-17. Paragraph 2: mention Flagstaff neighborhoods, Sun City neighborhoods, landmarks. Paragraph 3: mention service details: door-to-door, professional drivers, monitoring flights. FAQ Q&As. CTA paragraph. Make sure not to use banned words. Check for any banned words inadvertently: "convenient" is banned; avoid. "affordable" banned; avoid. "flexible" banned; avoid. "safer" banned; avoid. "faster" banned; avoid. "better" banned; avoid. "any address" banned; avoid. Also avoid "any address" phrase. Ok. Now write. We'll need to ensure word count. Let's draft and count. Draft:

Flagstaff to Sun City Shuttle

Travelers moving between the high‑country charm of Flagstaff and the active adult communities of Sun City can rely on a direct private shuttle that follows Interstate 17 the entire way. The straight‑line distance is about 116 miles, and the road adds a few extra miles as the highway climbs through the Mogollon Rim before descending into the Valley of the Sun. Door‑to‑door travel typically ranges from 158 to 217 minutes depending on traffic and weather conditions.

In Flagstaff the driver can meet you at any location — downtown near the historic train depot, the Southside district close to Northern Arizona University, or the residential streets of University Heights. On the Sun City side the service reaches Sun City West, Sun City Grand, and the original Sun City core, dropping you at your front door, a community clubhouse, or a medical center without extra transfers.

All vehicles are late‑model sedans or SUVs equipped with climate control and ample luggage space. Drivers monitor incoming flights at Flagstaff Pulliam Airport and Phoenix Sky Harbor, adjusting the pickup time automatically so you never wait on the curb. The ride stays on I‑17 for the majority of the journey, with a brief stretch on State Route 89A near Sedona only when traffic dictates a faster alternative.

How long does the trip take?

Typical door‑to‑door time is between two hours 38 minutes and three hours 37 minutes, varying with seasonal traffic and mountain weather.

Where will the driver meet me in Flagstaff?

We arrange a precise pickup address when you book — whether it’s a hotel on Route 66, a residence in the Southside, or the airport terminal.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Our system tracks the flight status in real time and the driver will shift the pickup accordingly; there is no fixed free‑wait window, but the schedule adapts to the new arrival time.

Ready to reserve your seat? Call (602) 626-9388 or book online and apply promo code ONLINE for 10 % off round‑trip travel.

Door to door service is included on all our trips. Usually trips are non-stop in a nicer vehicle. We pick you up at your home anytime 24/7. We normally take you straight home, which is very different from other companies that leave you at a bus stop and stop and wait at intermediate points for hours. We also don't pack you in with 8-15 people you don't know and stop everywhere.

Does it cost anything to change my reservation?

You can always change the date and time of your reservation at no cost. If you don't know the exact address, you can enter the city for now to reserve it, and give us the full address later. If you don't know your flight number, you can estimate the time and update the flight number and time later via phone, email or text.

Our Better Vehicles

What type of vehicle will pick me up?

We send a airport shuttle (4+ passengers) or a nice car (1-3 passengers) anytime and take you to or from any address in Arizona, not just PHX. Our vehicles are clean and newer. Most vehicles are luxury and full size. We have Mercedes Sprinters, Lincoln Navigators, Chrysler 300's, Lexus ES300 Hybrids, Lincoln MKZ's, and a variety of other vehicles to meet your needs.

Our Pickup Locations

Your Casa Grande shuttle picks up where it says Prearranged. If you are in a wheelchair, do not allow your attendant to leave you anywhere except Prearranged. The signs are easy to see and they are always at the outer curb. Sometimes security will send people to the wrong place, so it's better to follow the directions below. PHX also won't allow drivers to walk more than 15 feet away from their vehicle or wait, so good communication is essential. Turn on your cell phone and take it off of airplane mode, so your driver can call or text you. If you don't recognize the number, it's probably your driver.

Terminal 3 Prearranged is across the crosswalk from Door 6 and to the right, south side of the building.

Terminal 4 Prearranged is across the crosswalk from Door 3, north side of the building, first floor. The sign says "Prearranged Vehicles 3 NORTH".
