Our Daily Schedule

What is your daily schedule?

We pick you up on your schedule 24/7. Our professional drivers are normally 5-10 minutes early at your home, or right on time at the airport. You get to pick the time we pick you up.

What is my pickup time at the airport?

We normally pick you up 30 minutes after your plane lands for domestic flights, or 45 minutes after for international flights.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Pickup times automatically adjust to 30 minutes after you land if your flight is delayed for domestic flights, or 45 minutes after you land for international flights.

What happens if my flight arrives early?

You can always call or send us a text if you want us to pick you up early, and we will let your driver know that you are ready to be picked up. Otherwise, we will pick you up at the scheduled time on your reservation.

How soon should I make a reservation?

Although there is no set rule that prevents you from booking last minute, it's a good idea to make your reservation as soon as possible to make sure a driver is available and prevent any delays.

How long does it take to go from Phoenix or Litchfield Park?

Trips to and from Litchfield Park in normal traffic are about 30 minutes versus an hour on the bus or a shuttle with a bunch of people. Rush hour will normally add 15-45 minutes (30 minutes on the average).

What time should I be picked up?

2 hours and 30 minutes before is normally enough time. The airport recommends you to be there 2 hours early to get through security and to your plane. Boarding usually starts 30 minutes before your plane takes off. However, one hour and thirty minutes is normally enough time. So if the drive from Litchfield Park to Phoenix takes about 2 hours, then 2 and a half hours before your flight takes off is normally good.

Who are your drivers?

Most of our drivers have been driving professionally with the public for more than 10 years. They have excellent people skills and are usually very knowledgeable about the area (what to do, best restaurants, history and attractions). Some of our drivers are also professional tour guides that go to the Grand Canyon and many other destinations.

We have high standards for our drivers including safety, reliability and customer service. Drivers are very helpful with bags. They get the door for you. All drivers go through extensive background checks with the airport in order to pick up passengers.

We also train them by driving them through the airport, explaining all the rules, and showing them where to pick people up and drop people off.

Quick Answer: Phoenix, AZ to Litchfield Park, AZ – How to Get There Fast & Cheap

If you’re asking “how do I get from Phoenix, AZ to Litchfield Park, AZ?” the short answer is that the fastest way is to drive, taking roughly 23 minutes covering about 20 miles. The cheapest option without a car is to ride the Valley Metro bus, which requires a transfer and takes about two hours, with an estimated cost that is only a few dollars. Both methods are practical, and the best choice depends on whether you prioritize speed or budget.

Distance and Driving Time

The straight‑line distance between downtown Phoenix and the center of Litchfield Park is about 20 miles. When you factor in the actual road network, most drivers cover the route in roughly 23 minutes under normal traffic conditions (source: Rome2Rio). Rush‑hour congestion on I‑10 can add a modest delay, so it’s wise to allow a little extra time if you’re traveling during peak hours.

Route Overview: Highways, Major Roads, and Landmarks

Most travelers heading west from Phoenix will use Interstate 10 (I‑10), the main east‑west corridor that passes through the city. After you merge onto I‑10 West, you’ll pass by the Desert Sky Mall area (near the Desert Sky Transit Center) and continue toward the Estrella Mountain Community College region. From there, you’ll exit onto local roads that lead directly into Litchfield Park. Another useful arterial is U.S. Route 60 (Grand Avenue), which runs parallel to I‑10 a bit farther north and can serve as an alternate route if traffic on the interstate is heavy. The Loop 303 corridor also provides a quick connection for those coming from the north side of the Phoenix metropolitan area. Key landmarks along the way include the Wildlife World Zoo & Aquarium, which sits just south of Litchfield Park, and the historic Wigwam resort in the heart of the city.

Public Transportation Options

Valley Metro Bus – The Budget‑Friendly Choice

Valley Metro operates the primary bus service linking Phoenix and Litchfield Park. The network uses a hub‑and‑spoke system, so most trips involve a transfer. From Central Avenue & Van Buren Street in downtown Phoenix, you can catch a bus heading to the Desert Sky Transit Center. The first leg typically takes around 35‑45 minutes, depending on traffic. At Desert Sky, you switch to a second bus that continues west toward Estrella Mountain Community College, which is a short ride away from Litchfield Park. The total journey, including the transfer, is roughly two hours and six minutes (source: Rome2Rio). The estimated cost is low—generally only a few dollars—making this the most economical way to travel without a car.

Bus Connections from Central Phoenix

The primary routes you’ll use are the Line 685 services that run between Central Phoenix and the western suburbs. These buses operate on a regular schedule, with departures every 30 minutes on the most frequent segments and every four hours on less‑traveled stretches. The first segment from Central Av & Van Buren St to Desert Sky TC usually runs about 37 minutes, while the second segment from Desert Sky TC to Estrella Mtn CC takes roughly 29 minutes. If you board at Thomas Rd & Central Av instead, the first leg extends to about 44 minutes, but the frequency remains every 30 minutes, offering flexibility for many travelers.

Ride‑Share, Taxi, and Shuttle Services

For those who prefer a door‑to‑door experience, ride‑share and taxi services are readily available throughout Phoenix. A taxi or ride‑share from central Phoenix to Litchfield Park will generally mirror the driving time of about 23 minutes, though fares can vary based on demand and exact pickup location. Some shuttle services cater specifically to airport and regional travel, offering shared rides at a moderate cost. While not as inexpensive as the bus, these options provide convenience and comfort, especially if you’re traveling with luggage or in a group.

The airport also won't allow drivers to walk more than 15 feet away from their vehicle or wait, so good communication is essential. Turn on your cell phone and take it off of airplane mode, so your driver can call or text you. If you don't recognize the number, it's probably your driver.

Terminal 3 Prearranged is across the crosswalk from Door 6 and to the right, south side of the building.

Things You Should Know

Does it make sense to take an Uber or Lyft?

Uber and Lyft drivers often cancel once they arrive at your house, because the app doesn't tell them where they are going until they arrive at your home. Usually drivers don't want to drive that far and not get paid for two hours to drive back, or they are unavailable to work for that long. This may result in you missing your flight after 2-3 of them cancel in a row, and they charge you $5 each time for the cancellation. You then try to contact Uber or Lyft over the next week to get a refund, and they don't even have a phone number.

Another thing to consider is that Uber and Lyft drivers are never interviewed, so you may get a depressed guy complaining about his life, a tiny car with no leg room or a creeper. Uber and Lyft also do not train their drivers and the airport is moderately confusing to most people, so they usually have no idea where to go.

How reliable is the Greyhound bus or an Arizona shuttle with a lot of people?

Companies that do shared rides will try to pick you up an hour or two earlier, but they make no promises about when you will actually get to the airport. If you're on a tight schedule, the shared ride option with Arizona shuttle or the Greyhound is probably not a good idea. Extra stops and scheduling with other passengers can either make you too early or potentially late. Even with great drivers, passengers can be unpredictable and end up making everyone miss their flight.

Litchfield Park is well-known for their outdoor concert series in Ak-Chin Pavilion. Ak-Chin Pavilion is an outdoor concert venue that has hosted some of the most prolific artist in music today. Litchfield Park AZ is also a growing community with many homes provided to residents.

The distance between Phoenix and Litchfield Park AZ is 20 miles, which is approximately a 37 minute drive.
