Phoenix Airport Terminal 3 Pickup Guide
Terminal 3 is the smaller of Sky Harbor's two passenger terminals, and it is where Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Frontier Airlines, JetBlue and several other carriers arrive and depart. Airline assignments can change, so confirm your terminal with your airline or on your boarding pass. This guide covers exactly how arrivals pickup works at Terminal 3 - the doors, the taxi and rideshare curbs, and how a private door-to-door shuttle pickup works when someone is waiting for you.
Where We Meet You at Terminal 3
All Terminal 3 arrivals are on Level 1, the street level. Baggage claim sits inside between Door 1 and Door 11, and the Arrivals Plaza passenger pickup area is just outside those doors. When you book a pickup with us, your driver tracks your flight and stages for the terminal - you walk out of baggage claim and your ride is already waiting. We normally stage 30 minutes after a domestic landing and 45 minutes after an international arrival, so you are never sprinting through the terminal or waiting on a curb.
Taxis and Rideshare at Terminal 3
Taxis, rideshare (Uber and Lyft), courtesy vehicles, prearranged cars and intercity shuttles all load from the Terminal 3 Level 1 curbs, with dedicated lanes for each type. At peak arrival waves the taxi queue and rideshare staging area both back up, and the walk from a far door to your assigned lane can take several minutes. With a private shuttle the vehicle is staged before you land - no queue, no surge pricing, and no hunting for the right lane while dragging bags.
Getting from Terminal 3 to Terminal 4
If someone in your party lands at Terminal 4 while you arrive at Terminal 3, the free PHX Sky Train connects the two terminals - board on Level 4 at Terminal 3 and ride one stop to Terminal 4. The train runs 24/7. If you would rather skip the transfer entirely, book one pickup and we will meet each arrival at its own terminal curb.
