Our Daily Schedule (PHX)
What is your daily schedule?
We pick you up on your schedule 24/7. Our professional shuttle drivers are normally 5-10 minutes early at your home in Phoenix, or right on time at PHX. You get to pick the time we pick you up.
What is my pickup time at the airport?
We normally pick you up 30 minutes after your plane lands for domestic flights, or 45 minutes after for international flights.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Pickup times automatically adjust to 30 minutes after you land if your flight is delayed for domestic flights, or 45 minutes after you land for international flights.
What happens if my flight arrives early?
Call or send us a text if you want us to pick you up early, and we will let your driver know that you are ready to be picked up. Otherwise, we will pick you up at the scheduled time on your reservation.
How soon should I make a reservation?
Although there is no set rule that prevents you from booking last minute, it's a good idea to make your shuttle reservation as soon as possible to make sure a driver is available and prevent any delays.
How long does it take from Phoenix or Page?
Trips to and from Page in normal traffic are about 4 hours and 25 minutes versus about 9 hours on the bus or a shuttle with a bunch of people. Rush hour will normally add 15-45 minutes (30 minutes on the average).
What time should I be picked up?
Trips to Page are normally 4 hours and 25 minutes. 6-6.5 hours before your flight is normally enough time if you are going to Sky Harbor. PHX recommends you to be there 2 hours early to get through security and to your plane. Boarding usually starts 30 minutes before your plane takes off. However, one hour and thirty minutes is normally enough time. So if the drive from Page to Phoenix takes about 4 hours and 25 minutes, then 6 hours before your flight takes off is normally good.
Our Better Drivers
Who are your drivers?
Most of our airport shuttle drivers are experienced, licensed professionals. They have excellent people skills and are usually very knowledgeable about the area (what to do, best restaurants, history and attractions). Some shuttle drivers are also professional tour guides that go to the Grand Canyon, Page, Phoenix, and many other destinations.
We have high standards for our shuttle drivers including safety, reliability and customer service. They are very helpful with bags. They get the door for you. Everyone goes through extensive background checks with Sky Harbor in order to pick up passengers.
We also train them by driving them through PHX, explaining all the rules, and showing them where to pick people up and drop people off.

Our Pickup Locations
Your airport shuttle picks up where it says Prearranged. If you are in a wheelchair, do not allow your attendant to leave you anywhere except Prearranged. The signs are easy to see and they are always at the outer curb. Sometimes security will send people to the wrong place, so it's better to follow the directions below. PHX also won't allow drivers to walk more than 15 feet away from their vehicle or wait, so good communication is essential. Turn on your cell phone and take it off of airplane mode, so your driver can call or text you. If you don't recognize the number, it's probably your driver.
Terminal 3 Prearranged is across the crosswalk from Door 6 and to the right, south side of the building.
Terminal 4 Prearranged is across the crosswalk from Door 3, north side of the building, first floor. The sign says "Prearranged Vehicles 3 NORTH".
Phoenix To Page Flagstaff To Page Phoenix To Sedona Phoenix To Flagstaff Phoenix To Grand Canyon Grand Canyon To Phoenix Phoenix To Prescott Phoenix To Lake Havasu How Far Is Flagstaff From Phoenix Phoenix To Parker Parker To Phoenix
Because of the distance, this is a half-day transfer rather than an afternoon errand. Across the 62 completed trips in our reservation history between Sky Harbor and Page, one-way fares have typically landed between the mid-$300s and the low $500s depending on vehicle and exact addresses. Rates are quoted per vehicle, not per person, and the town is the base camp for Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and Lake Powell, all a few minutes from Page itself. Most Page travelers connect through the high country — see our Phoenix to Flagstaff shuttle, Phoenix to Grand Canyon, and Phoenix to Camp Verde pages for the intermediate corridors.
Page sits about 278 road miles north of Phoenix Sky Harbor — roughly 4.5 hours of driving. The route runs up Interstate 17 through Camp Verde and Flagstaff, then continues north on US-89 past Cameron and up to Lake Powell. At more than 4,000 feet, Page runs noticeably cooler than Phoenix for most of the year, especially after sunset.
Travelers sometimes mix up Page and Parker — we serve both, but they are on opposite sides of the state. Page is in northern Arizona on Lake Powell, about 272.9 miles from Phoenix (this page). Parker is in western Arizona on the Colorado River, about 162 miles from Phoenix, closer to Lake Havasu. If your trip is to Parker, use our Phoenix to Parker shuttle page or the Parker to Phoenix shuttle page for the reverse direction. If you are headed to Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon or Horseshoe Bend, you are on the right page — our Page and Lake Powell shuttle service page has full details, fares and booking.
Because this is one of the longest drives in Arizona, a non-stop door-to-door shuttle matters more here than on short metro routes. There is no Phoenix to Page bus, Uber and Lyft do not serve Page, and a shared-ride van can stretch the trip to about 9 hours with intermediate stops. A private shuttle keeps the trip at about 4 hours and 25 minutes, picks you up at your home, hotel or PHX on your schedule, and drops you at any address in Page or at the Lake Powell resorts.
