The route: US-60 and Loop 303 into Sky Harbor
We pick you up at your PHX address and take US-60 southeast, joining Loop 303 south past Surprise and the West Valley, then connect to I-10 for the final run into Sky Harbor. In normal traffic the drive is about 55 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes; West Valley rush hour adds 15–30 minutes. It's an easy commuter-distance run — most of our completed trips on this route are to-PHX departures, with steady reverse traffic from winter visitors flying in for the season.
Waddell pickup and drop-off, terminal by terminal
For departures, we drop you curbside at your airline's terminal door. For arrivals, your driver meets you at the Prearranged pickup area: Terminal 3 — across the crosswalk from Door 6, south side. Terminal 4 — across the crosswalk from Door 3, north side, first floor, at the "Prearranged Vehicles 3 NORTH" sign. Arrival pickups are planned 30 minutes after a domestic landing or 45 after an international one, and adjust automatically for delays.
