Flat quote vs surge
Once a price comes up in the booking tool, it is the price - a flat total for the vehicle, not
per person, quoted before you commit. We usually charge less than Uber and Lyft per mile, and we
price match any medium competitor with 2+ passengers.
How the pickup works
At Sky Harbor we pick up where the signs say Prearranged, on the outer curb: Terminal 3 is across the street from Door 6 on the south side; Terminal 4 is across the crosswalk from Door 3 on the north side, first floor (sign reads "Prearranged Vehicles 3 NORTH"). For arrivals we normally reach you 30 minutes after your plane lands for domestic flights, 45 for international - flights are monitored and the pickup adjusts automatically if your flight is late, and your driver calls or texts when they are in position.

Changing days or times is free as long as the service stays the same. Cancel 48+ hours before
pickup for a 70% refund (the 30% booking fee is non-refundable), 60% at 24-48 hours, or 50% at
4-24 hours.

What counts as a private airport transfer?
The whole vehicle for your party - no other passengers. Select the non-stop, no-sharing option when you book (Phoenix black cars always include it), and the driver takes you straight from your address to the terminal, or from the Prearranged curb to your address on arrivals.
How much does a private transfer to Sky Harbor cost?
Completed door-to-door trips between Sky Harbor and Phoenix-metro addresses (2,273 trips since January 2026) have typically run $50-$79 each way (25th-75th percentile). The published September 2026 bookable floor is $40.09 total for a private sedan from Phoenix to Sky Harbor; prices are total, not per person.
