Sedona to Sun City West Shuttle

Check Rates

Traveling between the red‑rock cliffs of Sedona and the quiet, master‑planned streets of Sun City West is a journey of roughly 90 miles as the crow flies, with the road distance a little longer thanks to the winding descent from the Mogollon Rim. Our private door‑to‑door service follows the most direct corridor: north on Interstate 17 to the junction with State Route 179, then east through the oak‑lined canyon that leads into Sedona’s Uptown and West Sedona neighborhoods. The typical drive time ranges from 122 to 168 minutes, depending on traffic around the Camp Verde exit and the seasonal flow through Oak Creek Canyon.

In Sedona we can meet you at any address — whether you’re staying near the Chapel of the Holy Cross, the shops of Tlaquepaque, or a vacation rental tucked against the red sandstone. In Sun City West the pickup points span the community’s main thoroughfares such as Grand Avenue, Meeker Boulevard, and the areas surrounding the Sun City West Golf Club. Because the route stays on limited‑access highways for the majority of the trip, you avoid the stop‑and‑go of surface streets and arrive relaxed, ready for a round of golf, a medical appointment, or a family gathering.

Our drivers monitor real‑time traffic on I‑17 and SR‑179, adjusting departure times when congestion builds near the Verde River bridge or during holiday weekends. If your plans include a connection through Phoenix Sky Harbor, we can coordinate a seamless transfer to the airport terminals, but the core service remains a direct, private shuttle between the two destinations.

How long does the trip usually take?

The door‑to‑door drive typically lasts between two hours and a little under three hours, with the exact duration depending on the time of day and current conditions on I‑17 and SR‑179.

What if my flight into Phoenix is delayed?

We track incoming flights and will shift the pickup time accordingly so you’re not left waiting at the curb.

Can you accommodate extra luggage or mobility equipment?

Our vehicles have ample cargo space for suitcases, golf bags, and standard mobility aids; just let us know the details when you book.
