Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre Shuttle (Concert Season)
A summer concert at Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre ends with 20,000 people trying to leave one parking field at the same time. A door-to-door shuttle gets your group in before the opener and out without the post-show gridlock, with a fixed fare booked in advance. Texas Shuttle runs whole-vehicle service 24/7 across the Valley, with pickups from Sky Harbor, hotels, homes or any address. State Farm Stadium shuttle page

- Safer - we don't leave you at a bus stop and we have better drivers.
- Faster - most rides take half the time and it's just you in the vehicle.

- Affordable - once you add it all up, it's the same price.
Event transportation to Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre
Post-show exits push thousands of vehicles onto the 83rd Avenue and I-10 corridors simultaneously, and the lawn-vs-pavilion seating split means many fans arrive hours early to claim spots. A private shuttle removes the parking calculus and the exit crawl from the night. Footprint Center shuttle page

20,000-fan nights in west Phoenix
Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre is an outdoor concert venue at 2121 N 83rd Avenue in west Phoenix, operated by Live Nation. It opened in 1990 as Desert Sky Pavilion and was later known as Ak-Chin Pavilion before taking its current name in January 2023. Total capacity is 20,106: 8,106 reserved seats under the pavilion roof plus about 12,000 general-admission lawn spots. Phoenix to Glendale shuttle page
The concert season runs roughly April through October, with shows typically letting out late in the evening, and the venue sits about 10 miles west of downtown Phoenix. Late finishes mean late rides: rideshare queues stretch long after the encore, and the exit from the parking field alone can take an hour. A booked shuttle with a scheduled return time turns that hour into a short walk and a waiting vehicle. ASU stadium shuttle page
How the door-to-door shuttle works
One reservation returns a flat whole-vehicle quote: tolls, wait time and bags are included, and there is no hourly billing. Your driver is normally 5 to 10 minutes early at home, hotel and business pickups, plans the inbound around show-night traffic, and stages the return pickup against the set times.
Flying in for a show? Airport legs carry your flight number, and pickup is scheduled 30 minutes after a domestic landing or 45 minutes after an international one, adjusted to the actual arrival, before the direct ride to the amphitheatre or your hotel. Set times and traffic shift; changes to date, time, address or flight number are free.
Coverage and booking
Texas Shuttle covers the entire Valley - Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Glendale and the West Valley - plus Sky Harbor Airport and long-distance routes across Arizona. Show-night demand also overlaps with State Farm Stadium events in Glendale, and multi-stop reservations can connect both in one fixed-fare plan.
Reserve online or by phone, confirm the fixed fare, and add the post-show return at the same time to save 10 percent off each way with the promo code ONLINE. A full 14-passenger van split across a concert crew is usually the cheapest per-person ride to the show.
