Airport Shuttle of Phoenix Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of airportshuttleofphoenix.com and the airport shuttle, SUV, and car services we provide. By booking a reservation or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

Reservations and Payment

All shuttle reservations are prepaid. We accept credit and debit cards through our reservation system. We will charge the card on file at the time of booking or before the trip, as disclosed on the reservation confirmation. If a charge fails, we may attempt to contact you for an updated payment method; if we cannot collect payment, the reservation may be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds for customer-initiated cancellations are based on how much notice we receive before pickup:

  • More than 48 hours before pickup: 70% refund
  • 24 to 48 hours before pickup: 60% refund
  • 4 to 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
  • Less than 4 hours before pickup or no-show: not eligible for refund

Rescheduling is free as long as the driver has not been dispatched. Credits never expire when you reschedule.

Service

We provide door-to-door shuttle, SUV, and sedan service in Arizona. While we work hard to be on time, occasional delays from traffic, weather, or operational issues do occur. We will keep you informed of any delays affecting your pickup.

SMS Terms of Service

By providing your phone number and opting in during the booking process, you agree to receive SMS messages from Airport Shuttle of Phoenix. These messages may include:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Pickup reminders and driver information
  • Alerts when payment cannot be processed
  • Replies to customer service inquiries you initiate
  • One-time security codes for account verification

Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Your opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
