What is your daily schedule?
We pick you up on your schedule 24/7. Our professional drivers are normally 5-10 minutes early at your home, or right on time at PHX. You get to pick the time we pick you up.
What is my pickup time at the airport?
We normally pick you up 30 minutes after your plane lands for domestic flights, or 45 mins after for international flights.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Pickup times automatically adjust to 30 minutes after you land if your flight is delayed for domestic flights, or 45 mins after you land for international flights.
What happens if my flight arrives early?
Call or send us a text if you want us to pick you up early, and we will let your driver know that you are ready to be picked up. Otherwise, we will pick you up at the scheduled time on your reservation.
How soon should I make a reservation?
Although there is no set rule that prevents you from booking last minute, it's a good idea to make your reservation as soon as possible to make sure a driver is available and prevent any delays.
How long does it take to go from Flagstaff or Williams?
Trips to and from Williams in normal traffic are about 2 hours and 45 minutes versus 6 hours on the bus or a Williams shuttle with a bunch of people. Rush hour will normally add 15-45 mins (30 mins on the average).
What time should I be picked up?
4 hours and 15 minutes before is normally enough time. PHX recommends you to be there 2 hours early to get through security and to your plane. Boarding usually starts 30 minutes before your plane takes off. However, one hour and thirty mins is normally enough time. So if the drive from Williams to Grand Canyon takes about 2 hours and 45 mins, then 4 hours and 15 mins before your flight takes off is normally good.

Does it make sense to take an Uber or Lyft?
Uber and Lyft drivers often cancel once they arrive at your house, because the app doesn't tell them where they are going until they arrive at your home. Usually they don't want to drive that far and not get paid for two hours to drive back, or they are unavailable to work for that long. This may result in you missing your flight after 2-3 of them cancel in a row, and they charge you $5 each time for the cancellation. You then try to contact Uber or Lyft over the next week to get a refund, and they don't even have a phone number.
Another thing to consider is that Uber and Lyft drivers are never interviewed, so you may get a depressed guy complaining about his life, a tiny car with no leg room or a creeper. Uber and Lyft also do not train their drivers and Sky Harbor is moderately confusing to most people, so they usually have no idea where to go.
How reliable is the Greyhound bus or an Arizona shuttle with a lot of people?
Companies that do shared rides will try to pick you up an hour or two earlier, but they make no promises about when you will actually get to PHX. If you're on a tight schedule, the shared ride option with Arizona shuttle or the Greyhound is probably not a good idea. Extra stops and scheduling with other passengers can either make you too early or potentially late. Even with great drivers, passengers can be unpredictable and end up making everyone miss their flight.
There is no Amtrak Phoenix to Williams AZ. There is an Amtrak station in Flagstaff, but they don't go to Phoenix.
There is no airport for passengers in Williams. PHX in Phoenix AZ is your best option, since flying into Flagstaff is really expensive.

If you're wondering what your travel options are from Phoenix to Flagstaff, you can take a shuttle, rent a car, ride the bus or fly. Obviously the bus is the least expensive option, but it normally takes twice at long as a car or shuttle. Flying is much more expensive. The shuttle is generally less than renting a car when you add up all the days, gas, taxes, etc. If you think you can just rent a car for the day, they will add on a $250 up charge for dropping off the car in Flagstaff.
There are several ways to get from Phoenix to Grand Canyon. We recommend booking a shuttle with us. You can also take the shuttle to Williams and then ride the Grand Canyon Railway into the Grand Canyon.
Phoenix to Sedona is another popular destination that's about 40 minutes from Flagstaff AZ. Sedona is well known for it's natural beauty, hiking and great food.
If you want to travel from Flagstaff to Williams AZ, you have several options. However, Uber and Lyft don't have drivers there the last time we checked.
You can also go from Las Vegas to Williams AZ. It's a little more scenic. However, it usually makes more sense financially to just fly into Phoenix.
