Tournament Week Pickups, On Your Schedule

What is your daily schedule?

We pick you up on your schedule 24/7. During tournament week (February 8-14, 2027) our drivers are normally 5-10 minutes early at your hotel, home or Sky Harbor, and airport pickups adjust automatically if your flight is delayed. Our Phoenix airport shuttle service runs every day of tournament week, including the free Ford Free Days on Monday and Tuesday when the grounds are busiest.

What is my pickup time at the airport?

We normally pick you up 30 minutes after your plane lands for domestic flights, or 45 minutes after for international flights. During the WM Phoenix Open we recommend reserving ahead - tournament week is one of the busiest weeks of the year in Scottsdale.

Can you take us to the Coors Light Birds Nest at night?

Yes. The Birds Nest entertainment tent opens the evening of Wednesday, February 10 and runs late every night of tournament week. Book a round trip or a second one-way and we will pick you up after the show, whenever it lets out.

How soon should I make a reservation?

As soon as your trip dates are set. Golf travelers book lodging and rides 2-3 months out, and event-week availability goes first. There is no set rule that prevents a last-minute booking, but reserving early guarantees a driver at your time.

How long does it take to get to TPC Scottsdale?

From Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport it is about 20 miles to TPC Scottsdale, typically 25-35 minutes outside of peak event traffic. From Old Town Scottsdale hotels it is a short 10-15 minute hop. Tournament-week congestion around Hayden Road and the Loop 101 can add time - a private door-to-door ride leaves the timing to us, not to a parking-lot search.

Shuttle to the 2027 WM Phoenix Open

The 72-hole PGA TOUR event runs Thursday, February 11 through Sunday, February 14, with the Concert in the Coliseum on Saturday, February 6 and the Coors Light Birds Nest opening the evening of Wednesday, February 10. Whether you are flying in for one round or staying all week, we provide private, door-to-door shuttle service between PHX Sky Harbor, your Scottsdale or Phoenix hotel, and the gates at TPC Scottsdale.

Getting to TPC Scottsdale

TPC Scottsdale is at 17020 North Hayden Road in North Scottsdale, about 20 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX). During tournament week the Loop 101 and Hayden Road corridors back up for hours each morning, on-site parking is limited and lot prices spike, and most general-admission lots sit a tram ride away from the gate. A private shuttle drops your party at the entrance and picks you up at the end of the day - no parking pass, no tram, no surge pricing on the way home.

Staying in Old Town Scottsdale, North Scottsdale, Tempe or downtown Phoenix? We pick up at any address in the Valley, 24/7. Visitors coming from the airport can pair this page with our Phoenix to Scottsdale shuttle route page.
