Our Daily Schedule
What is your daily schedule?
We pick you up on your schedule 24/7. Our professional drivers are normally 5-10 minutes early at your home or hotel, or right on time at PHX. You get to pick the time we pick you up.
What is my pickup time at the airport?
We normally pick you up 30 minutes after your plane lands for domestic flights, or 45 mins after for international flights.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Home pickup and drop off times automatically adjust to 30 minutes after you land if your flight is delayed for domestic flights, or 45 mins after you land for international flights.
What happens if my flight arrives early?
Call or send us a text if you want us to pick you up early, and we will let your driver know that you are ready to be picked up. Otherwise, we will pick you up at the scheduled time on your reservation.
How soon should I make a reservation?
Although there is no set rule that prevents you from booking a PHX to Flagstaff Shuttle last minute, it's a good idea to make your reservation as soon as possible to make sure a driver is available and prevent any delays.
How long does it take to go from PHX to Flagstaff Pulliam?
Trips to and from Flagstaff in normal traffic are about 2 hours and 15 minutes versus about 4 hours and 30 minutes on the bus or a shuttle with a bunch of people. Rush hour will normally add 15-45 mins (30 mins on the average).
What time should I be picked up?
3 hours and 45 minutes before is normally enough time. PHX recommends you to be there 2 hours early to get through security and to your plane. Boarding usually starts 30 minutes before your plane takes off. However, one hour and thirty mins is normally enough time. So if the drive from PHX and Flagstaff takes about 2 hours and 15 mins, then 3 and 45 mins before your flight takes off is normally good.
Our Better Drivers
Who are your drivers?
Most of our drivers have been driving professionally with the public for more than 10 years. They have excellent people skills and are usually very knowledgeable about the area (what to do, best restaurants, history and attractions). Some of our drivers are also professional tour guides that go to the Grand Canyon and many other destinations.
We have high standards for our drivers including safety, reliability and customer service. They are very helpful with bags. They get the door for you. Everyone goes through extensive background checks with PHX in order to pick up passengers.
We also train them by driving them through PHX, explaining all the rules, and showing them where to pick people up and drop people off.

We'll need to include h2, h3, p, ul, table, thead, tbody, tr, th, td, etc. We must ensure we have at least 1600 words. Let's count approximate words. We'll write about 1800-2000 words to be safe. We can write long paragraphs. We must be careful not to invent any specifics like exact travel time. But we can provide approximate typical travel time: "The Phoenix to Flagstaff shuttle typically takes about 2.5 to 3.5 hours, depending on traffic and weather conditions." That's okay. We must not give exact price ranges. We can say "shuttle cost is generally competitive with driving when you factor in fuel, parking, and wear-and-tear." That's okay. We can say "the shuttle offers a cost-effective alternative to renting a car, especially for solo travelers." Good. We must not mention "none" as a price, but we can say "Pricing is not listed publicly; you must request a quote." We must not give false details. We need to ensure we include a table comparing options. The table can be simple. We need to include an FAQ section with 5-7 Q&A. Let's make 7. The user wants "Answer-first, scannable

We need to include local details: mention highways (I-17, I-40), towns (Anthem, Camp Verde, Sedona), landmarks (Mogollon Rim, Coconino National Forest, Northern Arizona University, Route 66). Use real places. We must embed citations inline where it adds trust. We must ensure that we don't repeat any existing content. We'll just add new sections. We must output only the raw HTML fragment starting with an
