Sky Harbor's red-eye bank concentrates arrivals into a narrow window: based on our completed-trip records, most of our late-night pickups happen at 11 p.m. (about 1,770), midnight (579), 1 a.m. (201), and 2 a.m. (49) — more than 2,250 airport pickups in the 11 p.m.-2:59 a.m. band overall. That is exactly when app-based rides get expensive and scarce, hotel shuttles have stopped, and the PHX Sky Train slows to its late-night headways. Terminal-by-terminal arrival pickup
For arrivals, your driver meets you at the Prearranged pickup area: Terminal 3 — across the crosswalk from Door 6 on the south side; Terminal 4 — across the crosswalk from Door 3, north side, first floor, at the "Prearranged Vehicles 3 NORTH" sign. We plan arrival pickups 30 minutes after a domestic landing or 45 minutes after an international one, and the time adjusts automatically if your inbound red-eye is late.
